Shipped our playground quickly and replaced a beam with that had damage very quickly. Rachel in the customer service department was great to work with. The playground itself was quality and not missing any parts. We bought through a 3rd party but would recommend using them directly too, seems like a good operation.

I am sending this email as thank you for your exemplary service which I received this past summer. I believe it was Jennifer that I had direct contact with and I want to tell you what an addition she is your customer service. Lets face it if you are contacting customer service it usually means you have a product problem which we did . This was through no fault of Creative Cedar but for the horrendous installers that were hired from our point of purchase…we are dealing with them. We are quick to complain but not not as quick to give credit for outstanding service. I just wanted to let you know that we received excellent service from Jennifer .

Thank you so much for the great customer service. I realize that this was not a true problem given everything going on in the world today. But it means so much to us. The swingset is for my 3 year old granddaughter who lost her father last year when my son-in-law passed away after battling cancer. His friends are coming Saturday to build her the swingset he had hoped to build. I ordered the Creative Cedar Design swings and glider in the spring but realized this week I needed the hanging hardware. Thank you for overnighting the correct parts so they can complete the swingset.
